Downtown Trick-or-Treat

 

The Odessa Chamber of Commerce Downtown Trick-or-Treat event draws in over 750 children to our Downtown!  This event gives another opportunity for our members to interact with fellow community members as they hand out candy to the children.

 

The costume contest sponsored by the Optimist Club brings dozens of participants. It is a fun time for all!
