Downtown Trick-or-Treat

 

The Odessa Chamber of Commerce Downtown Trick-or-Treat event draws in over 750 children to our Downtown!  This event gives another opportunity for our merchants to interact with fellow community members as they hand out candy to the children.  The costume contest brings dozens of participants while our merchants compete in the Annual Scarecrow Competition.  It is a fun time for all!
